- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered. 

- Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

 2. Non-Refundable Items 

- Products that are customized, made-to-order, or on clearance sale are not eligible for refunds. 

- Items that are damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or wear and tear are not eligible for a refund. 

- Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.

 3. Process for Refund Requests 

1. Initiate Request: Contact our customer support team at support@divysacorp.com with your order number, product details, and reason for the refund. 

2. Verification: Our team will verify your claim. We may ask for photos or videos of the damaged or defective product. 

3. Return Pickup: If the refund is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the product. 

4. Inspection: Once we receive the product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.

 4. Refund Processing 

- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the product. 

- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. 

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or any other available refund method.

 5. Shipping Charges and Deductions 

- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect. 

- If a product is returned due to a change of mind, the original shipping charges and any return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

 6. Cancellation Policy 

- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. 

- After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be subject to product dispatch status. If the product has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return, and return shipping fees may apply.
