We currently offer shipping services across India. If your location falls outside our serviceable areas, we will notify you at checkout or through customer support.

- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on select products and orders above a certain value, which will be specified during checkout.  
- Standard Shipping Fees: For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be calculated based on the product weight, dimensions, and delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

 3. Order Processing Time  
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.  
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.  
- You will receive an order confirmation email with details once your order is successfully placed.

- Standard Delivery: Typically 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.  
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take 7-10 business days for remote locations or locations with limited courier access.  

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary based on external factors like courier service delays, public holidays, or unforeseen events.

 5. Order Tracking  
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the courier partner’s website.

 6. Delivery Attempts  
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to two times. If the delivery fails both times, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and we will contact you for further instructions. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

 7. Damaged or Missing Items  
- If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  
- We recommend taking photos of the damaged product and packaging and sharing them with us to facilitate faster resolution.  

We will arrange for a replacement or refund after validating your claim.

 8. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages  
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours. We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.

 9. Incorrect Shipping Address  
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
